Cynthia Morgan began her spiritual journey in 1973 when she was initiated into Transcendental Meditation as a child. Since then, she has dedicated her life to helping the world to heal—teaching spiritual principles, leading guided meditations, and conducting workshops for over 30 years. She is an author, a board-certified hypnotherapist, and founder of Desert Reset retreat (named #1 on BookRetreats.com “7 Top Yoga retreats in California” and “Top Pick for 2019” by SeekRetreat.com). Cynthia has been featured in numerous magazines such as Ruush, Australian Natural Health, WellBeing, as well as many popular online sites and blogs. Cynthia’s techniques have proven to be highly successful in transforming the lives of thousands, including many of Hollywood's elite, establishing her as one of the most innovative practitioners in the field of hypnotherapy.
Cynthia attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, as well as the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in New Mexico in 2002, integrating her considerable background in meditation (Transcendental Meditation since age seven), mind/body healing, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner in 2003) and 30 years of working with A Course in Miracles. She brings her teachings of A Course in Miracles to her weekly podcast "A Course in What?!", which has been translated into a Spanish version, "Un Curso de Que?!", totalling a half million downloads worldwide.
In 2013, Cynthia's book You're Already Hypnotized: A Guide to Waking Up was released to five-star ratings.
Cynthia is a vegan and has been an animal rights activist for 28 years. (See Activism.) She lives in the California High Desert with her husband Brad Klopman and their five furry kids: California, Texas, Monroe, Sage and Bodhi.
